AI Front Desk · For contractors and home service businesses

Keep working. Give your next customer an answer.

A homeowner calls while you’re finishing a repair. You can’t stop, and they may hang up rather than leave a message. AI Front Desk takes their details, answers questions using information you approve, and emails you a recap. You can keep working and call back knowing what they need.

$297/month · 200 minutes included · $0.40/minute thereafter

No setup fee through December 31, 2026 · 30-day first-month refund guarantee

Stay focused on the job

Send calls to the assistant when you’re busy. You don’t have to stop work for every ring.

Know what needs attention

See what the customer needs, where they are, and how soon they said they need help.

Call back prepared

Get the customer’s phone number, when they want service, and the best time to call back.

Your team calls back and confirms the work. A call recap is not a booked job or a promise of income.

Assistant: Thanks for calling Summit Heating and Cooling. How can we help?

Alex: Our upstairs system is running, but it’s blowing warm air.

Assistant: I can take the details for the team. What city is the property in?

Alex: Worcester. Today after three would be best if someone is available.

Assistant: Thanks. Is there any smoke, burning smell, or immediate safety concern?

Frequently asked questions

Usually, yes. Most business phone services can forward calls. We check that yours works and test call forwarding before launch. Your phone company may charge its own fee for forwarding.

No. The assistant asks when the customer would like service and the best time to call back. Your team then calls back and sets the appointment. Calendar connections are not included.

The assistant tries to transfer urgent calls to a number you choose. If no one picks up, it takes the caller’s details and emails you a recap. It does not diagnose a problem or replace emergency services.

The plan includes two routine updates in your first 30 days after launch, then one each quarter. An update can change your greeting, services, service area, hours, common questions or how calls are handled. Related changes can go in one request.

Yes — send an update form, with no call needed. The 15-minute quarterly check-in is optional. We aim to finish routine updates within two business days after we have all the details. That is a goal, not a guarantee. Unused updates do not roll over. If you need extra updates, we give you a price before any work starts.

Report setup mistakes on the update form. Correcting our own mistakes does not count toward your updates.

Your monthly email shows calls answered, customer calls and requests taken, and minutes used. These are not booked jobs or money earned. You still call back and confirm the work. We do not promise any return on your money.

New software connections, calendar booking, major call-rule changes, and extra assistants or locations are not routine updates. Calendar booking is not included in this plan. We explain any extra work and quote a price before starting.

If you get very few calls about new work, this may not be a good fit. Look at your real call numbers before you decide. The Ghost Call Calculator is optional and only uses the numbers you enter.
