Pricing questions
- What does the Revenue Recovery System cost?
- $797 per month plus a $997 one-time setup fee. It includes 300 shared voice minutes each month.
- What happens if I use more than 300 minutes?
- Extra minutes cost $0.40 each and are billed after the month ends. Unused minutes do not roll over.
- Does it book jobs for me?
- No. AI Front Desk answers forwarded calls, captures details and sends a recap. Your team calls back, schedules, prices and closes.
- Does Estimate Assist send texts?
- No. It sends email follow-ups on open estimates you approve.
- Is Customer Reactivation part of the monthly system?
- No. It is a separate one-time 21-day email campaign. The indicative range is $797–$1,497; your final written quote comes after we review your list and scope. No subscription.
- What service commitment applies?
- Standard recurring service is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. The contractor group offer requires a minimum three-month service commitment from activation, then month-to-month. Your written agreement identifies the offer you choose.
- How do payments work?
- Nothing is due until you accept your written scope. The $997 one-time setup is due after you accept the scope and before setup work begins. After you approve the completed system in writing, your first $797 month is due before activation. Your first service month starts at activation, and your next renewal is one month after activation. Standard recurring service is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- How does the setup-waived group offer bill?
- The $997 setup is waived. Your first $797 month is prepaid after you accept your written scope and before setup begins. It covers service from activation, so no additional base payment is due at activation. Month 2 ($797) is due one month after activation and month 3 ($797) two months after activation: a $2,391 base minimum, billed monthly, not upfront. After that, service is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- How do I get started and pay?
- After we agree on your Revenue Recovery plan, we email your payment link and setup instructions. Once payment is confirmed, complete the setup form we send you. We review everything with you before activation. Brian emails you a secure Stripe payment link after you accept your written scope. There is no checkout on this website. Once payment is confirmed, we email the setup form.
